2009 GARDENS A VERY wet summer so far. The lawn areas look fabulous thanks
to all the rain and the gardens are bursting with color. I made very few changes
this year, being quite satisfied with all that I see. My gardens were featured as part of the Sullivan County NY
(Bicentennial) Garden Tour sponsored by Sullivan Renaissance to benefit Sullvan
ARC. It was my pleasure to welcome people to my gardens and it was wonderful to
help raise money for a very worthy organization that does so much for so many.
There were twelve gardens on the tour. I hope to take the tour myself next

A Walking Stick tree behind the bird bath. The crooked branches will
be a lovely winter sculpture. It's the beginning of August and leaves are already starting to
